Return Process

  Log into your Turramurra account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
